This opportunity has emerged due to the department's continued expansion. In this role, you will primarily act for NHS Resolution (NHSR) and private healthcare providers. The department features specialist teams focusing on areas such as brain and spinal cord injuries, obstetrics, GP and dental cases, and mental health, alongside multidisciplinary teams handling a diverse range of matters.
The ideal candidate will have 2–6 years PQE and prior experience in clinical negligence (defendant or claimant). The salary for this position is £50,000–£58,000, depending on experience. The working pattern includes two days in the office and three days working from home, with court attendance counting as an in-office day.
